Proposition Development: Overcoming the barriers to customer-centricity
When developing new propositions, thinking in a customer-centric manner is vital. However, many organisations struggle to do this effectively, if at all. In this immersive, interactive session we’ll be sharing examples of where B2B and consumer companies have succeeded. We’ll also share views on how and why they’ve done this.
The session will be facilitated by John Bee, White Space Strategy MD. He’s helped many FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies develop new propositions, built, tested and refined against customer needs.
During the session we’ll be discussing…
- What are the barriers to taking a more customer-centric approach?
- Who does customer-centric proposition development well, and what can we learn?
- What actions should be taken to embed customer-centricity within a business?
It will be an interactive session, so we’ll send out a pre-read a few days in advance. This will get you thinking about some of the key themes we’ll explore. There’ll be lots of Q&A in the session, running both ways. Key insights and actions will be summarised into an output, shared afterwards.
