Recent projects have included exploration of renewable energy, the future of recycling and plastic packaging, applications for NFTs, hydrogen power, and making the most of digital payment systems. Clients include Mastercard, Unilever, Cadent and DS Smith.
As an Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in our project teams, providing the core research and analysis that drives our recommendations. You’ll investigate new topics using interviews, online research, and data analysis, uncovering insights that shape growth strategies for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to present your findings directly to senior decision-makers and contribute to impactful, real-world outcomes.
You’ll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring variety and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- High quality research and write up
- Basic data analysis
- Contribute to analysis sessions and during conference calls
- Writing research-based slides with the guidance of more senior members of staff
- Play a role in presenting back findings to clients
- Provide research to management for use in project proposals

The White Space team is based in our office in the heart of Oxford, while Palladium’s offices also give us a London base.
We are looking for candidates with a 2:1 or above (achieved or expected) in any subject.
You must be able to handle multiple priorities within a deadline-driven environment and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. While prior business experience isn’t required, you should be ready to learn about commercial thinking and business fundamentals.

You should be fluent in English, the successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
We know that graduates will be joining with very different experiences and backgrounds – we provide a comprehensive in-house induction and training programme in the first 6 months of joining, followed by on-the-job training and mentorship. Training in your first year will cover:
- Developing world-leading research and analysis skills
- Data analysis and modelling with large datasets in Excel, Alteryx and Tableau
- Writing impactful and engaging slides in PowerPoint
- Communicating to persuade and convince – whether by email, on Teams or in person
Our strategy is to promote from within, and we review performance quarterly to support fast-tracking to team leadership positions for staff who are ready for this.
We offer 4 weeks each year of 100% remote working, to allow people to extend holidays or spend more time with families around celebrations.
Starting salary: £30k pa
During your first six months (probation period), you’ll participate in an intensive, in-person training period at our Oxford office. After this, flexibility will increase and working from home and/or our London office will be possible.
