As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in our project teams, providing the core research and analysis that drives our recommendations. You’ll investigate new topics using interviews, online research, and data analysis, uncovering insights that shape growth strategies for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to present your findings directly to senior decision-makers and contribute to impactful, real-world outcomes.
You’ll work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring variety and continuous learning.

The White Space team is based in our office in the heart of Oxford, while Palladium’s offices also give us a London base.
As a Senior Analyst, you will typically have 1–2 years of professional experience and be confident in conducting research, applying lateral thinking to overcome challenges as they arise. You will play a key role in presenting research findings during analysis sessions and will begin to develop a strong understanding of different project methodologies, recognising how key issues relate back to the client’s objectives.
You should be able to handle multiple priorities within a deadline-driven environment and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, taking personal responsibility for their outputs. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You should also be confident with both qualitative and quantitative data and enjoy variety in your work.

Starting salary: £32k pa
During your first six months (probation period), you’ll participate in an intensive, in-person training period at our Oxford office. After this, flexibility will increase and working from home and/or our London office will be possible.
